Christmas Cocktail Party Sat. Dec. 6th
Saturday December 6th will be our Members Christmas Party. We have live music with the Doo Wop Brothers(formally Studebaker) from 7pm-11pm. FREE Hors d'oeuvres from 6pm-8pm, regular dinner menu 5pm-9pm. We are also collecting gifts for Toys for Tots. If you would like to donate a gift we will have boxes at the front door to collect them. All members are welcome, please mark your calendar for this night!!!
Elephant Gift Exchange: We are going to have a gag gift exchange during the Christmas party. Exchange will take place at the end of the bands 1st set at 7:45pm. If you would like to participate simply bring in a gag gift, the exchange works as follows;
1)Bring in a gag gift of your choice, and place on the table next to the stage.
2)Once we have a total count of how many participants involved we will ask all participants to come back up and pull a random number from a bucket.
3)The number that you pull will determine the order in which you come up to open a gift. Ticket number 1 comes up 1st and opens a gift. Ticket number 1 is stuck with the gift they open.
4)Ticket #2 then comes up next to open a gift and has a choice of keeping the gift they open or exchanging with participant #1's gift.
5) The next participants to come up have the option of keeping the gift they open or exchanging with any one of the participant's gifts before them. Therefore, the last participant to go has the option of getting whatever gift they would like.
Texas Hold em Night
Saturday November 29 will be our Texas Hold' em Poker Night. Tournaments and Teaching tables will begin at 6:30pm. All skill levels are welcome!!!! Learn how to play at our beginners table or sit down with other experienced players in a tournament. See attachment for rules and information.
Thursday Quizzo
YES! The Microphone has been fixed! we have tested the microphone and it is working properly. There will be no Quizzo Night next Thursday November 27th. Our last Quizzo for the year will be December 18th.
New Years Eve Party
We are now taking reservations for our New Years Eve Party. The Menu and Reservation forms were sent in the mail Monday. Both forms are attached to this email. Cost is $90 per person, reservations are only held when payment is received. Member only reservations will be taken from now until the end of November. December 1st is the 1st day we will except non-member reservations, there will be no waiting list for non-members and no money will be taken for non-members until Dec.1st no exceptions!!!

YCSIC Portraits are still on sale for $60 matted not framed. These portraits were professionally done by local artist Barbara Ostrander. If you haven't noticed our yearbook cover has the YCSIC Portraits on it. The portrait is also on display behind the hostess stand. If you would like to purchase please contact me via email or at the club (609)263-7282. Portraits can be sent via mail for an extra $5 shipping.
