Jim Collins

Jim was born and raised in Cape May County, and has grown-up in the restaurant business. His parents moved down from North Jersey to own and operate a restaurant in Cape May. The restaurant was sold in the late 80’s, and Jim’s family moved to Cape May Court House. After graduating from Middle Township High School he attended York College of PA. In 2001 he graduated from YCP with a degree in business management & a minor in human resources. After college Jim pursued a few different careers, but always bartended to supplement his income. In 2005 Jim joined the YCSIC staff as the head bartended/bar manager. In 2007 Jim was hired to be our General Manager to oversee club operations. This made Jim’s parents happy because they were wondering when Jim was going to get a "real job", and put that education they paid for to work. Jim is looking forward to many more fun seasons at the YCSIC, and would like to thank all members for the opportunity to be General Manager.
